#42 – Picking Up Where I Left Off Last Fall: Working Out…

It’s a means to an end, and the only sure way, getting more active, along with better portion control/keeping track of what I eat, for me to get back into losing weight.

I was on track last summer, starting out with working out about 4-5 night a week, but as summer progressed into fall, and approached the end of the year, between work, returning to college, and a few friends trying to get me to go to events out of town, it cut into my schedule, and things fell to the wayside. It’s not the first time I’ve fallen “off the horse.” What matters the most is that I pick myself off the ground and get back on.

Mind you, it’s going to take a lot of focus and perseverance. (But then, if I’m really interested in something, like, for instance, crossdressing, there’s not a day that goes by where I’m not thinking about getting dressed up, my “ideal week” where I’d practice living “full time”, keeping touch with fellow CD/TG friends and contacts online, and so on and so forth.

My drabtastic workout wear is a solid color t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants, since I usually do either EA Sports Active (and soon EASA: More Workouts), or Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Resort on my Wii, (rather redundant, isn’t it?) or get out and walk. I do have a stationary bike in the garage I need to get on and use from time to time.

Anyway, I’ve picked up a full “outfit” for workouts, and I’m going to try to spotlight it in an upcoming photoshoot next week. I’ve seen very few t-girls putting pics in workout wear – Hey, don’t look at me, I’ve just put up pictures of myself in a one-piece swimsuit ^_-; – So I figured I’d look for some new ideas, or something that doesn’t get too much attention.

Wish me luck on my endeavor, and perhaps, in a year or so, I’ll be able to look more androgynous (or at least as close as I can for my age – And no, you don’t get to find out how old I am – That’s privileged information, besides, it’s rude to ask a woman her age, right? ^_-;) and be able to buy outfits and such off the rack. Heck, I’ll just be happy when I get out of plus size range.

Besides, I know a new friend of mine about an hour and a half from me who’s got quite a few costume ideas for me — And not a single one of them are male costumes. ^_^;
