#140 – Irony, as in “Gimme an ‘R!’ Gimme an ‘O!’…

…And a “C” and a “K”, and of course, a “Y”

“What’s that spell?” (“ROCKY!”)
“I can’t hear you!” (“ROCKY!!”)
“One more time!!” (“ROCKY!!!”) (and some funster in the audience yelling out “ADRIAN!!!” – Probably me, or another manifestation of me.)

Broadway Bound and Gagged has had its final curtain call, and a new cast has risen like a Phoenix – pardon the pun – from the ashes.  The Floor Show Of Phoenix is the new Rocky Horror cast, continuing a decades long tradition of Absolute Pleasure in the Grand Canyon State.)

#126 – Why I Marched in Phoenix…

Mainly to show Mr. John Kavanagh (one of our Arizona representatives, and head of the State House Appropriations Committee, who brought us SB1045), and others that you have not broken my spirit.

There are several others in line ahead of them I have to deal with. The reason to be, to exist, is more important. I will not go back into a closet for anyone. Not family, not those who also fear (different kinds of fear?) and definitely not the state (if they harbor or are persuaded by the same fear.)

#116 – We Interrupt This Hiatus… Relocated in Phoenix!

Yes, for the last three months since the April 7 post, my world’s been tied up in getting a few more “bucket list” things out of the way, while preparing for a relocation to Phoenix, AZ, for the next few years. (Give or take)

I miss California, and all my friends there, and I hope to visit as often as I can, but perhaps, like my new “home” city’s namesake, I’ll have a chance to be reborn, and refocus on what I need to do.

However, I did get a few more things out of the way…
